New Features

We are pleased to announce 2 new feature improvements.

CNAME and Custom Timezone for Public Report

The public report allows you to show the uptime and performance of your websites/servers to your customers. It is customizable in many ways, but we recently added 2 more customization options: CNAME and custom timezone.

With CNAME, you can show the public report in your own domain name. This allows you to fully integrate the public report into your website.

On the other hand, custom timezone allows you to show times in a different timezone than your account's timezone. So, you can create multiple public reports, and show them in the most appropriate timezones for the intended viewers.

Customizable HTTP Headers and Other HTTP Parameters

Some users tell us that their websites require special HTTP headers. For example, they need us to send custom User-Agent or Cookie value so that their websites return the correct response (for keyword matching to work properly).

While most users do not need to, we decided to let you customize HTTP headers along with other advanced settings (HTTP method, redirection, and whether to verify HTTPS certificate).
